“Empowering the Differently Abled”
Deepa Academy is a registered voluntary organization established in April 2006 that works towards the education and rehabilitation of blind and differently abled students, particularly from rural Karnataka. It runs an English medium residential high school for visually impaired girls, the first of its kind in the state. The academy aims to make students self-supporting and independent through education, vocational training, and skill development.
