About Bgs Public School

BGS Public School was founded in 2006 by Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharanatha Swamiji under the aegis of Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust. It is a co-educational day school located within the 60-acre BGS Health and Education City campus on Uttarahalli Road, Kengeri, Bangalore. Admissions

Process

Parents fill an enquiry form online or at school, receive a school tour and presentation, submit an application (Rs 1000 non-refundable fee), provide required documents, and candidates are assessed based on grade-appropriate subjects. Kindergarten admission is through teacher interaction, while higher grades involve written assessments.

Age Criteria

Nursery: 3 years as on 1 June; LKG: 4 years; UKG: 5 years; Grade 1: 6 years (as per Karnataka State Board of Education / NEP guidelines)

Admission Period

Registrations open from October; enrollments accepted throughout the year subject to seat availability

  • Date of birth certificate (copy + original for verification)
  • Student's Aadhar card copy
  • Parents' Aadhar card copies
  • Address proof (Aadhar/Sale deed/Rental agreement/Passport)
  • Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC)
  • Two passport size photographs of the student
  • One passport size photograph each of father and mother
  • Progress report (for Grade 6+, consecutive three years)
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school
